Parts & Repair
We stock parts for the stoves and fireplaces we sell, as well as other stove parts that are common across brands. If you’re not sure, please bring in the part, and we’ll match it up to available parts on the market.
We provide stove replacement glass as either high-heat ceramic glass, or tempered glass. If you bring your door in to us, our service technicians can install the glass with new gaskets, or you can take the glass home for self-installation.
We can also repair most gas stoves, in our shop, as well as many brands of pellet stoves.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer Parts & Repair or usage advice over the phone for these units. There are some brands of pellet stoves for which we do not provide service, either due to unavailability of parts, or the cost-prohibitive nature of repairs.
